Perspective

Perspective

Perspective

Culture, upbringing, experiences, and environment—these are just a few of the many factors that shape an individual’s perspective. By allowing yourself to be open-minded and vulnerable, you create space to truly understand where someone is coming from and why they see the world the way they do. You may not agree with their perspective, and that’s okay. But disagreement does not grant the right to invalidate or discourage someone for how they view things. Respect fosters connection, even in diversity.
